Mr. Frealy represents Chapter 7 Trustees throughout the Central District of California in all aspects of case administration and litigation, including actions to avoid fraudulent and preferential transfers, and representing the bankruptcy estate in Superior Court in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Mr. Frealy also represents creditors in Chapter 11 cases. He represents landlords and a major franchise corporation involving assumption or rejection of leases and executory contracts, and defends corporations and individuals against preference actions.
