Timothy J. Yoo is a member of the Firm. He specializes in commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has represented both unsecured and secured creditors, indenture trustees, franchisors, landlords, various committees and bankruptcy trustees. Tim has experience in all aspects of trial preparation, trials, and appeals in both state and federal courts. He completed a one-year clerkship with the Honorable Lisa Hill Fenning, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California. In March, 1998, he was appointed to the Panel of Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees for the Central District of California. He has lectured as a panelist in programs sponsored by Lorman Education Services and the Offices of the United States Trustee.
